LYNDA O'MALLEY

Paula founded PHE Training in 2022, before merging with LOM Training to create Care and Connect Training Ltd in 2024.
Paula has been delivering training since 2004, supporting staff across a wide range of roles to feel confident, capable, and prepared in their work with vulnerable individuals. Her training not only promotes best practice but also helps services meet regulatory standards and supports staff in achieving SSSC registration.
With over 20 years of experience, Paula is committed to ongoing professional development and ensures all training is aligned with the latest legislation and policy. She creates a supportive learning environment where learners can grow their skills with confidence.
A key area of focus is Mental Health First Aid and suicide prevention. Paula has been delivering training in these areas since 2007, working with a variety of organisations to equip people with the tools to respond to challenging situations, both in the workplace and in everyday life.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two children and most evenings you will find her on the road, taking her daughter to dance classes!
